摘 要:以1320名教师为研究对象,采用伦科构思行为量表、创造性教学行为量表、创意自我效能感量表和创造性课堂环境量表等工具探讨日常生活中的一般创造力对创造性教学行为的影响,以及创意效能感和创造性班级氛围在这一影响中所起到的中介作用。研究结果表明:地区、性别、学校类型、任教课程类型等因素对创造性教学行为的影响不显著;教龄对创造性教学行为影响显著,随着教龄的增长,教师会表现出更多的创造性教学行为;一般创造力与创意效能感、班级创新氛围、创造性教学行为等因素之间彼此相关显著;教师的一般创造力能够直接正向预测其创造性教学行为,还可以通过创意效能感或创意效能感与班级创新氛围的链式中介效应作用于创造性教学行为。研究结论为:在教师专业发展过程中,应注重培养教师自身的一般创造能力和创意效能感,增强教师对有利于创造性的班级氛围的认知和建构能力,综合提升教师的创造性教学行为水平。Taking 1320 teachers as the participants,this paper used the Runco ideational behavior scale,creative teaching behavior scale,creative self-efficacy scale and creative classroom environment scale to explore the impact of general creativity on creative teaching behavior,as well as the mediating role of creative efficacy and creative class atmosphere in this effect.The results showed that:Factors such as region,gender,school,and teaching courses had no significant impact on creative teaching behavior;Teaching age had a significant impact on creative teaching behavior and teachers would show more creative teaching behaviors with the growth of teaching age;There were significant correlations between general creativity and creative efficacy,classroom innovation atmosphere and creative teaching behavior;Teachers’general creativity could directly and positively predict their creative teaching behavior,and could also act on creative teaching behavior through creative efficacy or the chain mediating effect of creative efficacy and class innovation atmosphere.The conclusion is that in the process of teachers’professional development,we should cultivate teachers’general creative ability and creative efficacy,enhance teachers’ability to recognize and construct class atmosphere which is conducive to creativity,and comprehensively improve teachers’creative teaching behavior.
