摘　　要：基于“叛逆孩子”的个案分析,探讨了家文化在结构式家庭治疗中可发挥的作用。社会工作者在介入家庭时,可以从家文化的视角出发,解决家庭结构失衡的问题。具体而言,社会工作者可以从家文化的整体观与个体观两个方面入手,就整体观来说,社会工作者可以采取强调家庭一体、建立“家规”等策略;就个体观来说,可以通过强调父母在家庭中的权威性、厘清子女的角色与义务、建立和谐的夫妻关系等措施发挥家文化的积极作用。Taking the case of“rebellious children”as an example,this paper discusses the role of family culture in structural family therapy.The research shows that when social workers intervene,they can regard family culture as a method or technology to solve the problem of family structure imbalance.Specifically,social workers can start from the overall view and individual view of family culture.On the whole,social workers can adopt strategies such as emphasizing family integration and establishing“family rules”.In terms of individual view,social workers can emphasize the relationship between family members in traditional family culture,including the way of being a father,and give play to the authority of parents in the family.Clarify the roles and obligations of children,and establish a harmonious relationship between husband and wife,and build a mutual support system between husband and wife.
