摘　　要：突发性公共卫生事件暴发期间,市场上可能出现哄抬物品价格、囤货居奇等违法行为。在突发性公共卫生事件防控步入常态化的情形下,既需要在立法上进一步细化有关价格管控的法律法规,又需要规范执法主体对价格管控的实施程序,从而理顺价格管控的规制路径,在最大程度上恢复和保持市场的生机与活力。During the outbreak of Covid-19,there were illegal acts such as price inflation and hoarding in the market.In the epidemic prevention and control into the normal situation,it is necessary to further refine the laws and regulations on price control in the legislation,but also need to standardize the implementation procedures of price control by law enforcement bodies,so as to rationalize the regulatory path of price control,to restore and maintain the vitality of the market to the maximum extent.
