抗菌药联合G-CSF治疗妇科患者恶性肿瘤切除术后淋巴囊肿感染的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察分析抗菌药联合粒细胞集落刺激因子(granulocyte colony stimulating factor,G-CSF)治疗妇科患者恶性肿瘤切除术后淋巴囊肿感染的临床效果。方法选择2020年3月-2021年3月接受不同方案治疗的妇科恶性肿瘤切除术后并发淋巴囊肿感染的患者40例作为研究对象,根据组间年龄、肿瘤类型等基本资料均衡可比的原则分为对照组(20例)和观察组(20例),对照组采用抗菌药物治疗,观察组采用抗菌药联合G-CSF治疗,对比两组疗效。结果观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗6d后中性粒细胞水平(absolute neutrophil count,ANC)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组发热时间、ANC>1.5×10^(9)/L时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对恶性肿瘤术后化疗患者发生淋巴囊肿感染,在抗菌药物基础上联合G-CSF治疗有效提高临床疗效,快速退热,降低中性粒细胞水平,缩短患者病程,并有效控制复发率。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of antibiotics combined with granulocyte colony stimulating factor(G-CSF)in the treatment of lymphatic cyst infection after malignant tumor resection in gynecological patients.Methods A total of 40 patients with lymphatic cyst infection after gynecological malignant tumor resection treated with different schemes from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research object.According to the principle of balanced and comparable basic data such as age and tumor type,they were divided into control group(20 cases)and observation group(20 cases).The control group was treated with antibiotics and the observation group was treated with antibiotics combined with G-CSF.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The absolute neutrophil count(ANC)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after 6 days of treatment(P<0.05);The fever time and ANC were more than 1.5×10^(9)/L time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In view of the lymphatic cyst infection in patients with postoperative chemotherapy of malignant tumors,combined with G-CSF on the basis of antibiotics,it can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,quickly reduce the fever,reduce the level of neutrophils,shorten the course of disease,and effectively control the recurrence rate.
