摘  要:为分析大学阶段女大学生体质健康的发展趋势,有效提高在校女大学生体质健康水平,运用数理统计等方法对浙江师范大学行知学院2017级746名女大学生在校4年体质健康测试成绩进行分析,并应用偏相关分析模型进行检验.研究发现:746名女大学生在校4年期间肺活量、坐位体前屈2项成绩进步明显,立定跳远和仰卧起坐2项成绩有所退步,均达到统计学显著性水平(p<0.05);而800 m、50 m 2项成绩的变化未达到统计学显著性水平(p>0.05);偏相关分析显示立定跳远成绩的退步跟自身BMI指数变大、800 m成绩下降有关(p<0.05).在校女大学生大学4年体质健康测试不同项目成绩变化趋势存在差异,可为在校女大学生体质健康针对性干预以及大学体育课程的改革创新提供借鉴.By means of mathematical statistics and other methods,the physical health test results of 746 female college students in 2017 of Xingzhi College of Zhejiang Normal University were analyzed and tested by partial correlation analysis model,to study the development trend of physical health of female college students at the university stage and effectively improve the physical health level of female college students.The results showed that 746 female college students made significant progress in vital capacity and sitting forward flexion during the four years of school,while the results of standing long jump and sit-ups fell back,both of which reached a statistically significant level(P<0.05);However,the changes of 800 m and 50 m(P>0.05)did not reach the level of statistical significance;Partial correlation analysis showed that the regression of standing long jump performance was related to the increase of BMI index and the decrease of 800m performance(P<0.05).The results of this study showed that there were differences in the change trend of different items in the four-year physical health test of female college students,which can provide reference for the targeted intervention of female college students'physical health and the reform and innovation of college physical education curriculum.
