摘　　要：猪皮鞋里革是生产高档皮鞋的必备材料,制革过程中会有不适合制革的废料产生,为了更好地利用资源和防止环境污染,园区经过招商,引进了用猪皮制革废料生产明胶的企业。该企业利用富含胶原蛋白的猪皮制革剖层废料进行明胶生产,解决了剖层废料的处置难题。本文介绍了猪皮明胶的生产方法,同时也对明胶生产过程中的污水排放情况进行了调查研究,目的是解决制约制革企业的环保瓶颈,使制革固废和制革污水得到经济合理的处置、处理,为制革企业的环境治理提供一个明确的、可行的、有针对性的思路。Pig leather is a necessary material for the production of high-grade leather shoes, and there will be waste materials unsuitable for leather making in the tanning process. In order to make better use of resources and prevent environmental pollution, the park has introduced enterprises producing gelatin from pig leather waste through investment promotion. The enterprise uses the split layer waste of crust pig leather which is rich in collagen for gelatin production, which solves the problem of disposal of split layer waste. The production method of pigskin gelatin was introduced as well as the sewage discharge in the process of gelatin production. The purpose is to solve the environmental protection bottleneck restricting leather enterprises, so that the leather solid waste and leather sewage can be disposed and treated economically and reasonably, and provide a clear, feasible and targeted idea for the environmental treatment of leather enterprises.
