摘  要:行星盘对掘进机整机的可靠性有着重要的影响。基于刚柔耦合虚拟样机技术,得到行星盘的最大等效应力值及位置,基于对数正态分布得到了行星盘的疲劳寿命可靠度。构建行星盘的综合优化设计函数,利用遗传算法求得最优解。结果表明:优化后最大等效应力由120.7665 MPa降低到98.5389 MPa,疲劳寿命由1.878e5提高到2.641e5,可靠度由0.9672提高到0.9869。Planetary disk has an important influence on the reliability of roadheader.Based on rigid-flexible coupling virtual prototyping technology,the maximum equivalent stress value and position of the planetary disk were obtained,and the fatigue life reliability of the planetary disk was obtained based on lognormal distribution.The comprehensive optimization design function of planetary disk was constructed and the optimal solution was obtained by genetic algorithm.The results show that the maximum equivalent stress decreases from 120.7665 MPa to 98.5389 MPa after optimization,fatigue life increased from 1.878e5 to 2.641e5,the reliability is improved from 0.9672 to 0.9869.
