艾迪注射液在预防中晚期肺癌化疗后毒副作用中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察艾迪注射液在预防中晚期肺癌化疗后毒副作用中的应用效果。方法:将某院2019年1月-2020年12月期间收治的120例中晚期肺癌患者随机分为C组和Y组各60例,C组采用常规化疗,Y组采用常规化疗+艾迪注射液治疗。评价两组患者抗肿瘤效果(肿瘤控制率、肿瘤改善率),统计两组患者化疗后II度以上毒副反应的发生率;并于化疗前后,采用CFS量表评价患者癌因性疲乏状态,采用KPS评分评价患者功能状况。结果:C组和Y组患者肿瘤控制率依次为53.33%、66.67%,Y组高于C组(P<0.05);C组和Y组患者肿瘤改善率依次为30.00%、41.67%,Y组高于C组(P<0.05)。Y组II度以上骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应、白细胞减少、血小板减少的发生率依次为21.67%、18.33%、15.00%、10.00%,均低于C组的45.00%、40.00%、30.00%、25.00%(P<0.05)。干预后,Y组患者CFS评分低于C组(P<0.05),KPS评分高于C组(P<0.05)。结论:在中晚期肺癌化疗的同时联合应用艾迪注射液可有效提高抗肿瘤效果,降低化疗毒副作用,改善患者癌因性疲乏状态和功能状况。Objective:To observe the efficacy of Aidi injection in preventing the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy in advanced lung cancer.Methods:A total of 120 patients with advanced lung cancer admitted to a hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into group C(n=60)and Group Y(n=60),who received conventional chemotherapy and conventional chemotherapy+Addie injection,respectively.The anti-tumor effects(tumor control rate,tumor improvement rate)of patients in the two groups were evaluated,and the incidence of toxic and side reactions above grade II after chemotherapy in the two groups was analyzed.Before and after chemotherapy,the CFS scale was used to evaluate the patients'cancer-induced fatigue,and the KPS score was used to evaluate the patients'functional status.Results:The tumor control rates of group C and group Y were 53.33%and 66.67%,respectively,and group Y was higher than group C(P<0.05).The tumor improvement rates of group C and group Y were 30.00%and 41.67%,respectively,and group Y was higher than group C(P<0.05).The incidence of myelosuppression,gastrointestinal reaction,leukopenia and thrombocytopenia above grade II in group Y was 21.67%,18.33%,15.00%and 10.00%,respectively,which were lower than 45.00%,40.00%,30.00%and 25.00%in group C(P<0.05).After intervention,the CFS score in group Y was lower than that in group C(P<0.05),and the KPS score was higher than that in group C(P<0.05).Conclusion:Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy for advanced lung cancer can effectively improve the anti-tumor effect,reduce the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy,and improve the cancer-induced fatigue and functional status of patients.
