摘  要:自我国发布道路车辆功能安全国家标准以来,故障注入测试已成为整车控制器(VehicleControlUnit,VCU)测试中的一部分。当前故障注入测试仍然对测试人员有较高的依赖性,测试过程需要测试人员拨动负载箱上的开关。为了提高故障注入测试效率,笔者设计一套基于硬件在环系统的故障注入自动测试平台。平台利用硬件在环系统模拟开路、短路和短电源故障,并将故障注入VCU。与此同时,平台实时采集VCU的状态数据,并对结果进行判别,达到故障注入自动测试的目的。通过开路、短地和短电源3类实验测试,实际测试结果与理论预期相符。Since the release of the national standard of road vehicle functional safety, fault injection test has become an indispensable part of VCU test. At present, fault injection testing still has a strong dependence on testers. In the test process, testers need to turn the switch on the load box. In order to improve the efficiency of fault injection test, an automatic test platform for fault injection based on hardware in loop system is designed in this paper. The platform uses hardware in loop system to simulate open circuit, short circuit and short power supply faults, and injects the faults into VCU. At the same time, the platform collects the status data of VCU in real time and discriminates the results, so as to realize the purpose of fault injection automatic test. Through three kinds of experimental tests: open circuit, short ground and short power supply, the actual test results are consistent with the theoretical expectation.
