摘  要:施穆勒是德国历史学派的代表人物之一。施穆勒纲领被视为融合理论与历史的方法论,但它只不过是用社会意识去理解社会存在,而不是用社会存在去理解社会意识的唯心主义方法论。门格尔与施穆勒之间的“方法论”之争是“两小儿辩日”式的争论。德国历史学派作为讲坛社会主义者曾受到马克思和恩格斯的鄙视和批判,他们也对马克思进行了诬陷。今天一些人希望借鉴德国历史学派的主张,以强调国家在经济发展中的作用,但是在这方面,德国历史学派也完败于马克思主义政治经济学。真正把经济学变成历史科学的是马克思,而不是德国历史学派。Schmoller is one of the representatives of the German historical school. Schmoller program is regarded as a methodology integrating theory and history, but it is only an idealistic methodology to understand social existence with social consciousness, not the other way round. The dispute over “methodology” between Menger and Schmoller is just like “two children arguing with each other”. As socialists of the chair, the German historical school was despised and criticized by Marx and Engels. They also framed Marx. Today, some people hope to learn from the ideas of the German historical school in order to emphasize the role of the state in the economic development, but in this regard, the German historical school is also defeated by Marxist political economics. It is Marx who really turns economics into a historical science, not the German historical school.
