摘　　要：该文介绍了一种利用摇臂钻床对多路阀阀体深孔进行珩磨的加工方式。通过对刀具、夹具、辅具的设计改造,实现安装、定位、加工,满足多路阀阀体主阀孔的精加工技术要求。该珩磨方式简单、灵活、高效,非常适合小批量生产。已通过实践应用,反响良好!This paper introduces a machining method of honing the deep hole of multi-way valve body with radial drilling machine.Through the design and transformation of cutting tools,fixtures and auxiliary tools,the installation,positioning and processing are realized to meet the technical requirements of finishing the main valve hole of multi-way valve body.The honing method is simple,flexible and efficient,and is very suitable for small batch production.It has been applied in practice and has a good response!
