摘 要:为研究某前置后驱MPV车型存在的传动系统扭转振动问题,基于AMEsim软件建立21自由度传动系统扭转振动当量模型,通过自由振动计算以及强迫振动计算对建立的模型进行扭振分析。对车辆进行传动系统扭转振动测试,将仿真结果与实验结果进行对比,分别在模态频率以及扭振响应两个方面验证仿真模型的准确性。在建立的汽车传动系统模型基础上,通过灵敏度分析对模型中的转动惯量、扭转刚度以及阻尼进行分析,得到的结论表明六个系统参数对传动系统的影响较大。对这些参数采用基于Matlab遗传算法的多参数调整,调整后变速器和主减速器处的扭振幅值分别减小了20.16%和23%,较大程度的削减了传动系统的扭振幅值。In order to study the torsional vibration problem of the transmission system of a front-rear-drive MPV model, a 21-degree-of-freedom transmission system torsional vibration equivalent model was established based on AMEsim software, and the torsional vibration analysis of the established model was carried out through free vibration calculation and forced vibration calculation. The torsional vibration test of the vehicle transmission system is carried out, the simulation results are compared with the experimental results, and the accuracy of the simulation model is verified in two aspects: Modal frequency and torsional vibration response. Based on the established vehicle transmission system model, the moment of inertia, torsional stiffness and damping in the model are analyzed through sensitivity analysis. The conclusions obtained show that the six system parameters have a greater impact on the transmission system.The multi-parameter adjustment based on MATLAB genetic algorithm is adopted for these parameters. After adjustment, the torsion amplitude values at the transmission and final reducer are reduced by 20.16% and 23% respectively, which greatly reduces the torsion amplitude of the transmission system.
