摘 要:现代企业之间的竞争愈演愈烈。谁了解市场、对竞争对手了解得更多,谁就占有先机,就可能在竞争中处于优势。从主要优势、主要风险、条件假设几个方面对成本领先战略博弈和产品差别化战略博弈进行分析,企业应根据竞争对手的多寡、市场规模的不同,针对不同的市场情况,以博弈分析为基础进行战略选择。Competition is growing among modern enterprises.Who understands the market, knows more about competitors, has the initial opportunity, who may be in a dominant position in the competition. Therefore, analysis of the strategic game of cost leadership and product differentiation from the aspects of main advantages, main risks and conditional assumptions. Enterprises should make strategic choices based on game analysis according to the number of competitors and different market scale and different market conditions.
