摘  要:目前,城市相对独立坐标系之间转换方法常见的有七参数、四参数、多项式拟合等多种转换模型,各有其一定的优点和适用范围。设计了一种计算最优中央子午线和换带重投影后再进行四参数转换的城市坐标系之间高精度相互转换的方法。经昆明市域国家坐标系与地方城市坐标系之间的相互转换实验结果表明该转换方法内符合和外符合精度均达到毫米级,并通过程序实现了多种格式数据的批量转换,适用于城市独立平面坐标系统之间或与2000国家大地坐标系的相互转换。At present,there are some common coordinate transformation systems,such as seven parameter,four parameter,polynomial fitting,and each has its own advantages and scope of application.In this paper,we design a method of high-precision mutual transformation between city coordinate systems,which calculates the optimal central meridian and reprojection after changing belts,and then performs four parameter conversion.The experimental results of the transformation between the national coordinate system and the local city coordinate system in Kunming show that the accuracy of internal and external coincidence of the transformation method reaches millimetre level,and batch conversion of various formats of data is realized by programing.The method is suitable for the transformation between independent city coordinate systems or the China Geodetic Coordinate System 2000(CGCS2000).
