摘 要:卵巢癌是女性生殖系统中病死率最高的恶性肿瘤,由于卵巢癌早期阶段症状并不明显,发现时大多已经是癌症晚期阶段。早期诊断卵巢癌可以大大提高患者的生存期并改善预后,但目前仍缺少有效的早期诊断方法。非编码RNAs在肿瘤领域的研究受到越来越多的关注。目前已有非编码RNAs作为肿瘤生物标志物的相关报道。文章主要围绕非编码RNAs在卵巢癌早期诊断中的研究进展进行综述。Ovarian cancer is the malignant tumor with the highest mortality rate in the female reproductive system.Because the symptoms of ovarian cancer in the early stage are not obvious,most of them are already in the advanced stage when they are discovered.Early diagnosis of ovarian cancer can greatly improve the survival of patients and improve prognosis,but there is still a lack of effective early diagnosis methods.The research of non-coding RNAs in the field of cancer has received more and more attention.There have been reports of non-coding RNAs as tumor biomarkers.Therefore,this article mainly reviews the research progress of non-coding RNAs in the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
