摘　　要：介绍了汽车零件拨杆的压铸模设计及改进。通过实际生产发现原模具压铸的铸件质量不稳定和生产效率低问题。基于anyPRE压铸模流分析,改进模具设计结构,提高铸件质量和生产效率。This paper mainly introduces the design and improvement of the die-casting die for the lever of automobile parts.It was found that the quality of die-casting products was unstable and the production efficiency was low.Based on the analysis of anyPRE die-casting die flow,the die design structure is improved,and the product quality and production efficiency are improved.
