企业创新网络非正式治理对知识流动的影响研究——基于网络能力的中介作用

摘　　要：基于社会网络理论和资源编排理论,构建“非正式治理—网络能力—知识流动”研究框架,利用问卷数据,运用PLS-SEM和fsQCA方法检验非正式治理对知识流动的影响路径。结果显示:非正式治理正向影响知识流动;网络能力在其中发挥中介作用。信任、声誉、合作文化、联合制裁四种非正式治理手段和网络能力可形成三个实现高效知识流动的组态,其中两个呈“关系主导型”,一个呈“关系能力协同型”,可形成两个导致非高效知识流动的组态,均为“意愿和能力不足型”。Based on social network theory and resource orchestration theory,this paper constructs a research framework of"informal governance-network capability-knowledge flow".Using questionnaire data,it uses PLS-SEM and fsQCA methods to test the impact of informal governance on knowledge flow and its path.Empirical results show that informal governance has a positive impact on knowledge flow,and network capability plays a mediating role in it.Trust,reputation,cooperation culture,and joint sanctions can be combined to form three configurations to realize high-performance knowledge flow,two of which are"relationship oriented",one is"relationship capability collaborative",and two configurations that lead to non-high-performance knowledge flow,both of which are"insufficient willingness and capability".
