摘  要:利用246家中国制造业企业样本的调研数据,分别探讨了企业间合作、竞争以及竞合关系如何调节知识惯性对企业成长表现的负面影响。实证检验结果表明:(1)在合作逻辑下,企业间战略合作有助于削弱知识惯性对企业技术创新的负面影响,却加重了其对企业市场扩张的负面影响;(2)在竞争逻辑下,企业间直接竞争有助于削弱知识惯性对企业市场扩张的负面影响,却加重了其对企业技术创新的负面影响;(3)在悖论逻辑下,企业间竞合有助于同时削弱知识惯性对企业技术创新和市场扩张的负面影响。Based on the survey data of 246 Chinese manufacturing firms,this paper discusses how to moderate the negative impact of knowledge inertia on a firm*s growth performance through inter-firm cooperation,competition and coopetition respectively.The empirical test results show that,firstly,from the logic of cooperation,inter-firm strategic cooperation can help to weaken the negative impact of knowledge inertia on firms'technological innovation but increases its negative impact on market expansion.Secondly,from the logic of competition,inter-firm direct competition can help to weaken the negative impact of knowledge inertia on market expansi on but increases its negative impact on technological innovation.Thirdly,from the logic of paradox,inter-firm coopetition can help to weaken both the negative impact of knowledge inertia on technological innovation and market expansion.
