摘　　要：文章的目的是概述光学相控阵激光雷达(OPA-LiDAR)系统的原理及其单片集成化的发展近况。介绍了目前已发表的0PA-LiDAR的集成方案和架构。主要包括了采用FM-CW模式的激光雷达的架构;外围驱动电路的和光子电路的集成方案;应用于单片集成雷达的数据转换电路、片上电源电路的发展近况。The aim of this paper is to summarize principle of optical phased array LiDAR(OPA-LiDAR)system and development of monolithic integration of LiDAR.The published OPA-LiDAR integration scheme and architecture has been introduced,including architecture of FMCW LiDAR,integration of drive circuit and photonic circuit,recent development of data conversion circuit.
