摘　　要：婴幼儿心血管超声诊断是一门依赖于冰冷的医疗科技仪器的西医课程,在临床实践中对婴幼儿心血管超声诊断不同于成人,需要患儿灌药镇定配合诊断,因此临床工作中的医患沟通具有其重要性与特殊性,既要加强与患儿家人的沟通,也要协调与其他患者的检查时间冲突,为临床实际中医患矛盾的高发地。可以将中医理论中的“以人为本”“大医精诚”人文关怀理念精髓引入到医学生的医风医德教育培养体系,为学生今后在临床诊断工作中有能力建立和谐的医患关系打下良好基础。Infant cardiovascular ultrasound diagnosis is a western medicine course which depends on cold medical technology instruments.In clinical practice,the diagnosis of infant cardiovascular ultrasound is different from that of adults,and children need to be infused with sedation to cooperate with diagnosis.Therefore,the communication between doctors and patients in clinical work is of great importance and particularity.It is also necessary to coordinate the time conflict with other patients,so as to be the high incidence of tcm-patient conflicts in clinical practice.We can introduce the essence of humanistic care concept of“people-oriented”and“great medical sincerity”in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine into the medical ethics education and training system of medical students,so as to lay a good foundation for students’ability to establish harmonious doctor-patient relationship in clinical diagnosis work in the future.
