摘　　要：为推动无人机人工智能应用开发,联合企业组建课程创新团队,从全国技能竞赛内容出发,结合企业岗位人力资源需求,构建无人智能飞行器开发课程体系,涵盖生手、熟手、能手三个培养阶段,结合真实竞赛指导书及企业评价方式,拓宽学生就业渠道,形成以赛促课、以课育人、以人顶岗、岗位助赛的良性循环。In order to promote the development of UAV artificial intelligence applications,the author and the enterprise set up a curriculum innovation team,starting from the content of the national skills competition,combined with the manpower needs of enterprise posts,to build an unmanned intelligent aircraft curriculum system,covering the three training stages of raw hands,skilled hands and experts,combined with the real competition guidance book and enterprise evaluation methods,broaden the employment channels of students,and form a virtuous circle of promoting lessons by competition,educating people with lessons,topping posts with people,and assisting the competition by post.
