摘  要:为探讨PE薄膜袋包装对火龙果常温(22±1)℃保鲜效果的影响,本研究以‘金都一号’火龙果为试验对象,分别采用0.05、0.08、0.16 mm等3种厚度的PE薄膜袋包装,测定了不同包装处理对火龙果常温贮藏过程中呼吸速率、失水率、腐烂率和活性氧代谢的变化。结果表明:常温下,3种厚度的PE袋包装均可有效地减少火龙果贮藏期间的水分蒸发和抑制果实的呼吸作用和ADH酶活性,其中0.05 mm袋效果最好。常温下,0.05 mm PE袋包装可有效地减少火龙果采后水分的蒸发,抑制呼吸作用,贮藏前期通过降低果实中的LOX酶活性来减少体内活性氧的产生,贮藏后期通过提高POD酶活性来及时清除活性氧的积累,从而有效地控制果实采后的膜脂过氧化作用,达到维持果实鲜度的作用。The work aims to investigate the influence of PE film bag packaging on the fresh-keeping effect of dragon fruit at room temperature(22±1)℃.Red-flesh dragon fruit‘Jindu No.1’was used as the test materials.The dragon fruits were packaged by PE film bags with three different thicknesses(0.05 mm,0.08 mm and 0.16mm).The effects of different packaging treatments on the respiration rate,water loss rate,decay rate and active oxygen metabolism of dragon fruit during storage at room temperature were studied.Compared with the control,PE bags with three different thicknesses could effectively reduce water evaporation and inhibit fruit respiration and ADH enzyme activity during storage of dragon fruit at room temperature.Among them,the 0.05 mm PE bag had the best effect.At room temperature,0.05 mm PE bag packaging could effectively reduce the water evaporation of red dragon fruit,and inhibited respiration.In order to effectively control the membrane lipid peroxidation and achieve the effect of maintaining fruit freshness,0.05 mm PE reduced the production of active oxygen by reducing the LOX enzyme activity during the early storage period and cleared the accumulation of active oxygen by improving the activity of POD enzyme activity in the later storage period.
