摘  要:高等教育的目标是培养满足国家发展要求的高层次拔尖创新人才。为推动“三全育人”教育综合改革工作走深走实,东南大学推出了“本科生导师制”,为同学们制定更具个性化的培养方案和学业生涯规划指导,培养学生的创新实践能力。文章以“本科生导师制”为依托,构建了本科生导师、辅导员、大学生“三位一体”的创新人才培养模式,围绕学校创新型领军人才培养目标,在科学素养、创业教育、学术文化活动、校地融合及技能互助等方面,开展诸多合力培养创新人才实践探索,成效显著。The goal of higher education is to cultivate the high-level and top-notch talents who are innovative and meet the requirements of national development.In order to promote the comprehensive reform of“Three All-round Education”deeply and solidly,our university introduces a“tutorial system for undergraduates”to formulate more personalized training programs and academic-career-planning guidance for students,to cultivate their innovative and practical capabilities.Relying on the tutorial system,we build a“Trinity”innovative-talent training mode which consists of tutors,counselors,and students.Centering on the training goal of innovative leading talents in our university,we carry out many practical explorations to jointly train innovative-talents in scientific literacy,entrepreneurship education,academic and cultural activities,university-society integration,and technical assistance,with remarkable results.
