摘 要:阐述了新管幕法的主要施工工序及特点,并对其应用范围、优缺点进行归纳分析。以天津地铁7号线一期工程为例,研究地铁在软弱富水地层下施工时采取新管幕法的可行性。采用管幕法施工进行车站尺寸优化设计及结构受力分析,并对其与盖挖法的经济效益及工效性进行了对比。研究表明,相对盖挖法,新管幕法虽在成本和工效上无优势,但考虑拆迁成本和工期因素,仍是特殊工程环境下地铁施工的优选方法之一。The main construction procedures and characteristics of the new tubular roof method are expounded,and its application scope,advantages and disadvantages are summarized.Taking the first phase project of Tianjin subway line 7 as an example,the possibility of adopting the new tubular roof method is studied when the subway is constructed under the weak and water-rich stratum.The construction of the tubular roof method,the station size optimization design and the structural force analysis are carried out,and the economic benefits and efficiency of it and the cover excavation method are compared.The research shows that compared with the cover excavation method,although the new tubular roof method has no advantages in cost and work efficiency,considering the factors of demolition cost and construction period,it is still one of the preferred methods for subway construction in special engineering environments.
