碳标签制度下三级供应链定价与碳排放决策研究

摘　　要：在单一制造商、单一物流服务商(3PL)和单一零售商组成的三级供应链中,制造商的生产过程和3PL的运输过程均产生碳排放。本文研究了碳标签制度下供应链各成员企业在独立决策与集中决策两种模式下的产品定价与碳排放最优策略组合,并分析了消费者环境意识水平和供应链系统初始排碳量对供应链关键参数的影响方式。结果表明:无论是独立决策还是集中决策,产品生产和运输过程中的碳排放与消费者环境意识水平、供应链系统初始排碳量密切相关;集中决策下的产品碳排放、市场需求量、供应链系统利润优于独立决策;消费者环境意识水平存在阈值,集中决策下的产品销售价格在该阈值之下更低,而独立决策下的产品销售价格在该阈值之上更低。为了达到集中决策下的理想状态,设计基于利润增长率的供应链协调契约,合理分配集中决策下的供应链系统利润增量,实现供应链的完美协调。In a three-echelon supply chain composed of a single manufacturer,a single logistics service provider(3PL)and a single retailer,carbon emissions are set in the production and transportation processes of products.This paper studies the combination of product pricing and optimal strategy of carbon emission for each enterprise in the supply chain under the two modes of independent decision and centralized decision under the carbon labeling system,and analyzes the influence of consumer environmental awareness and product initial carbon emission on key parameters of the supply chain.The results show that:①regardless of independent or centralized decision,carbon emission in the process of production and transportation is closely related to the level of environmental awareness of consumers and the initial carbon emission of products;②Carbon emission,market demand and profit of supply chain system under centralized decision-making are superior to independent decision-making;③There is a threshold level of consumer environmental awareness.The sales price of products under centralized decision-making is lower than under independent decision-making below this threshold,while the sales price of products under independent decision-making is lower than under centralized decision-making above this threshold.In order to achieve the ideal state under the centralized decision-making,the supply chain coordination contract based on profit growth rate is designed,and the profit increment of the supply chain system under the centralized decision-making is reasonably distributed to realize the perfect coordination of the supply chain.
