全数字化乳腺导管造影对乳头溢液性疾病的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的 试验将针对乳头溢液性疾病患者实施全数字化乳腺导管造影,对比临床应用价值,进一步分析乳头溢液的产生原因。方法 回顾性分期既往因血性乳头溢液行乳管造影的300例患者,均于2017年1月至2021年12月进入本院治疗,实施全数字化乳腺导管造影,对比诊断结果。结果 在乳管造影和乳腺彩超的诊断准确性比较中,乳腺造影诊断准确率(99.65%)明显高于乳腺超声(87.59%),差异有显著性(P <0.05)。在乳管造影影像学分析下可见,虫蚀样破坏的占比最高,达到25.67%,其次为僵硬狭窄和导管连续性中断。在300例患者中,乳管造影对乳头溢血诊断能做出定位定性诊断的有201例。结论 全数字化乳腺导管造影具有操作简单,可直观显示乳管的走行,病变的位置大小,也是当下较为可靠的检查方案。全数字化乳腺导管造影对乳头溢液性疾病的检出率高。Objective In the experiment,digital mammography will be performed for patients with nipple discharge,and the clinical application value will be compared to further analyze the causes of nipple discharge.Methods Three hundred patients with bloody nipple discharge who had undergone galactography in the past were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2021.All patients underwent digital galactography,and the diagnosis results were compared.Results In the comparison of the diagnostic accuracy of mammography and breast color ultrasound,the diagnostic accuracy of mammography(99.65%) was significantly higher than that of breast ultrasound(87.59%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).According to the imaging analysis of mammography,the proportion of moth-eaten damage was the highest,reaching 25.67%,followed by rigid stenosis and interruption of duct continuity.Among the 300 patients,201 cases were able to make a qualitative diagnosis of nipple bleeding by mammography.Conclusion Fully digital mammography is easy to operate and can visually display the course of milk ducts and the size of the lesions.It is also a more reliable inspection plan at present.Fully digital mammography has a high detection rate for nipple discharge disease.
