胃镜下尼龙绳套扎和金属止血夹联合治疗消化性溃疡出血的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:观察胃镜下尼龙绳套扎和金属止血夹联合治疗消化性溃疡出血的效果。方法:选择2019年1月~2020年1月本院收治的72例消化性溃疡出血患者为本次研究对象,在患者自愿参与本次研究的前提下按照术式不同将患者分为对照组(36例,金属止血夹治疗)与观察组(36例,胃镜下尼龙绳套扎和金属止血夹联合治疗),对两组术后凝血指标水平变化及止血效率进行对比。结果:观察组术后凝血酶指标水平均高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组患者有效止血率(97.22%)高于对照组(77.78%),数据差异明显(χ^(2)=5.729,P<0.05)。结论:临床中对消化性溃疡出血患者治疗时,胃镜下尼龙绳套扎和金属止血夹联合治疗方案的应用,不管是在改善患者凝血指标方面,还是在止血效率方面,效果均优于金属止血夹治疗。Objective:To observe the effect of endoscopic nylon rope ligation combined with metal hemostatic clip in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding.Methods:The 72 patients with peptic ulcer bleeding admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 are the subjects of this study.On the premise of voluntary participation in this study,the patients were divided into control groups according to different surgical procedures(36 cases:metal hemostatic clip treatment)and the experimental group(36 cases:combined treatment with nylon rope ligation and metal hemostatic clip under gastroscope),the changes in blood coagulation index levels and hemostatic efficiency were compared between the two groups after surgery.Results:The postoperative thrombin index level in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.The effective hemostasis rate in the experimental group(97.22%)was higher than that in the control group(77.78%),and the difference was significant(χ^(2)=5.729,P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with peptic ulcer bleeding,the application of the combined treatment program of nylon rope ligation and metal hemostatic clip under gastroscopy is better than metal hemostatic clip treatment in terms of improving the coagulation index of the patient or in terms of hemostasis efficiency.
