摘　　要：目的:探讨与研究一次性根管充填术对牙髓炎患者术后炎症指标及生命质量的影响研究。方法:选取本院2016年5月~2021年2月接诊的60例牙髓炎患者作为对照组研究对象,采用传统手术进行治疗,选取2016年2月~2021年5月接诊的60例牙髓炎患者作为观察组研究对象,采用一次性根管充填术进行治疗。观察对比两组患者术后临床疗效以及生命质量。结果:观察组的总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的总有效率85.0%;手术后,观察组患者情感职能及精神健康、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、生理职能、精力、社会功能各项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:采用一次性根管充填术对牙髓炎患者进行治疗干预,效果显著,能够有效帮助患者缓解牙齿疼痛的症状,降低患者术后炎症指标,提高患者生命质量。Objective:To investigate the effects of one-time root canal filling on postoperative inflammatory indexes and quality of life in pulpitis patients.Methods:A total of 60 patients with pulpitis admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to February 2021 were selected as the control group and treated with traditional surgery.A total of 60 patients with pulpitis admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to May 2021 were selected as the observation group and treated with one-time root canal filling.Clinical efficacy and quality of life were observed and compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,which was higher than that of the control group,which was 85.0%;The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.After surgery,the observation group had emotional function and mental health,physical pain,and general health.The scores of condition,physiological function,energy,and social function were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:Disposable root canal filling can effectively relieve the symptoms of tooth pain,reduce postoperative inflammatory indexes and improve the quality of life of patients after pulpitis.
