微螺钉支抗种植体和传统强支抗正畸法用于口腔正畸的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究在口腔正畸治疗过程中采取微螺钉支抗种植体与传统强支抗正畸法的临床效果。方法:在本院收治的口腔正畸患者中选取78例,时间选为2019年4月~2020年5月,使用抽签法分为两组,各39例,选用微螺钉支抗种植体治疗为研究组,选用传统Nance托+横腭杆(TPA)强支抗正畸法治疗为传统组,对两组治疗后临床效果进行对比。结果:与传统组相比,研究组总有效率较高,不良反应发生率较低(P<0.05);研究组第一磨牙前移量低于传统组,研究组上中牙倾角改变量、上唇突点距审美平面改变量均高于传统组(P<0.05)。结论:在实施正畸治疗过程中使用微螺钉支抗种植体可提升治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率,进而改善患者面型,值得借鉴。Objective:To study the clinical effect of micro screw anchorage and traditional strong anchorage in orthodontic treatment.Methods:78 cases of orthodontic patients in our hospital were selected from April 2019 to May 2020.They were divided into two groups by drawing lots,39 cases in each group.The study group was treated with micro screw anchorage implant,and the traditional group was treated with Nance bracket+TPA strong anchorage orthodontics.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the traditional group,the total effective rate of the study group was higher and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower(P<0.05).The forward movement of the first molar in the study group was lower than that in the traditional group,and the change of the inclination of the upper and middle teeth and the distance between the point of the upper lip process and the aesthetic plane in the study group were higher than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of micro screw anchorage implant in orthodontic treatment can improve the treatment effect,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the face shape of patients.
