摘　　要：目的:探讨充气式压力泵应用于子宫肿瘤剔除手术中的作用及临床价值。方法:以国内某大型医院96例子宫肿瘤患者为研究对象,本文采用对照实验的方式,将实验人员随机分为两组,每组48人。采用对照实验方式对其进行研究,不同组别采用不同的治疗手段。统计分析下肢静脉血栓发生概率、血小板计数和凝血四项三个指标。结果:实验结果表明采用充气式压力泵治疗过程中,各项指标实验组均优于对照组,对照组相比于实验组血小板数量升高,凝血活酶时间降低,凝血酶凝固时间也得到延长。结论:充气式压力泵可有效预防子宫肿瘤剔除手术术后血栓形成。Objective:To explore the role and clinical value of inflatable pressure pump in uterine tumor removal surgery.Methods:96 cases of uterine tumor patients in a large hospital in China were taken as the research objects.In this paper,the method of controlled experiment was adopted,and the experimenters were randomly divided into two groups,with 48 patients in each group.The control experiment was used to study it,and different groups used different treatment methods.The probability of occurrence of venous thrombosis of lower extremities,platelet count and coagulation were analyzed statistically.Results:The experimental results showed that in the process of using the inflatable pressure pump,the experimental group was better than the control group.Compared with the experimental group,the control group increased the number of platelets,decreased the thromboplastin time,and prolonged the thrombin coagulation time.Conclusion:Inflatable pressure pump can effectively prevent thrombosis after uterine tumor removal surgery.
