摘　　要：目的探讨依卡倍特钠联合西咪替丁对胃溃疡患者血清多肽类激素及细胞因子水平的影响。方法选取2020年2月至2021年8月于中山陈星海医院就诊的82例胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(41例)与观察组(41例)。对照组给予西咪替丁治疗,观察组加用依卡倍特钠治疗,持续用药4周。比较两组患者临床疗效、血清多肽类激素[胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)、生长抑素(SS)]、细胞因子水平[血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、表皮生长因子(EGF)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)]及不良反应总发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血清MTL、GAS低于对照组,SS、VEGF、RGF高于对照组,IL-1低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论依卡倍特钠联合西米替汀治疗胃溃疡可有效改善患者血清多肽类激素及细胞因子水平,提高临床疗效,安全可靠。Objective To investigate the effect of Ecabet Sodium combined with Cimetidine on the levels of serum peptide hormones and cytokines in patients with gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 82 patients with gastric ulcer in Zhongshan Chen Xinghai Hospital from February 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the study subjects and divided into control group(41 cases)and observation group(41 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Cimetidine,and the observation group was treated with Ecabet Sodium for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,serum peptide hormones(motilin[MTL],gastrin[GAS],somatostatin[SS]),cytokine levels(vascular endothelial growth factor[VEGF],epidermal growth factor[EGF],interleukin-1[IL-1])and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum MTL and GAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,SS,VEGF,and RGF were higher than those in the control group,and IL-1 was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the total incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ecabet Sodium combined with Cimetidine in the treatment of gastric ulcer can effectively improve the levels of serum peptide hormones and cytokines in patients,improve clinical efficacy,and is safe and reliable.
