利培酮联合阿立哌唑治疗女性精神分裂症的临床效果及对血泌乳素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨利培酮联合阿立哌唑治疗女性精神分裂症的临床效果及对血泌乳素水平的影响。方法选择2020年6月至2021年6月本院收治的86例女性精神分裂症患者为研究对象,根据用药方案不同将其分为对照组(n=43,利培酮)和试验组(n=43,利培酮联合阿立哌唑)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,试验组的血泌乳素、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹血糖水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的炎症因子(TNF-α、IL-6)、免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgM、IgG)水平及PANSS评分低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论利培酮联合阿立哌唑有利于改善女性精神分裂症患者的机体内环境,调节免疫功能,改善预后,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of risperidone combined with aripiprazole on female schizophrenia and its influence on blood prolactin level.Methods A total of 86 female patients with schizophrenia admitted in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as study objects.According to the different medication regimens,the patients were divided into control group(n=43,risperidone)and experimental group(n=43,risperidone combined with aripiprazole).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of blood prolactin,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and fasting blood glucose in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors(TNF-α,IL-6),immunoglobulin(IgA,IgM,IgG)and PANSS score in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Risperidone combined with aripiprazole is conducive to improving the internal environment,regulating immune function and improving the prognosis of female patients with schizophrenia,which is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
