摘　　要：随着科学技术的迅速发展,在不同学科的边缘产生了交叉重合,将学科交叉融合到研究生的创新教育中,对提高研究生的培养质量十分重要。探讨了学科交叉的特点及国内外学科交叉发展的现状,针对研究生学科交叉建设中存在的问题,提出了制定学科交叉的相应政策,建立有效的运行管理机制,扩大研究生的招生范畴,整合学科交叉的课程体系,加强导师团队的建设,增加研究生的实践比例及完善研究生质量评价体系的建议,以期提高研究生的创新水平。With the rapid development of science and technology,cross-overlap occurs at the edge of different disciplines.It is very important to integrate the interdisciplinary disciplines into the innovative education to improve the training quality of postgraduates.This paper discusses the characteristics of interdisciplinary development and the current interdisciplinary development status both at home and abroad.In view of the problems existing in the interdisciplinary construction of graduate disciplines,it puts forward some constructive suggestions:formulating policies for interdisciplinary disciplines,building up effective operation and management mechanism,expanding the scope of postgraduate enrollment,integrating the interdisciplinary curriculum system,strengthening the construction of the tutor team,increasing the proportion of practice,and improving the quality evaluation system,in order to improve the innovation ability of postgraduates.
