摘　　要：对于电子信息制造企业来说,供应商的选择直接影响到企业的经济效益。为了应对突发事件的发生,文章提出一种供应商选择模型,从财务、顾客、学习与成长、内部业务流程、供应链弹性等5个维度构建突发事件背景下电子信息制造企业的供应商选择指标体系,采用基于直觉模糊TOPSIS法和层次分析法研究供应商选择,并通过实例研究该指标体系和方法的应用情况。研究结果表明该选择模型具有可行性,为电子信息制造企业的供应商选择提供了一种参考。For the electronic information manufacturing enterprises,the choice of suppliers directly affects the economic benefits of the enterprises.In order to deal with emergencies,this paper proposed a supplier selection model from the five dimensions of finance,customer,learning and growth,internal business process,and supply chain elasticity.It constructed an index system of supplier selection for electronic information manufacturing enterprises in the context of emergencies.The supplier selection was studied by adopting TOPSIS method based on intuitionistic fuzzy theory and analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The results showed that the model was feasible,and it provided a reference method system for the supplier selection of electronic information manufacturing enterprises.
