摘　　要：目的汉化护士对老年人营养护理评估的自我效能量表(SE-NNC),并检验其在中国护士群体中的信效度。方法对英文版SE-NNC进行翻译和文化调试,形成中文版SE-NNC。采取便利抽样的方法抽取武汉市某三级甲等医院300名护士进行调查。采用SPSS 25.0和AMOS 24.0对调查结果进行统计分析,以验证其信度和效度。结果中文版SE-NNC量表包含知识(营养保健相关)、评估和证据利用及护理实施三个维度27个条目。总量表的Cronbach′sα系数和折半系数分别为0.986和0.961;量表的内容效度值I-CVI为1.0,S-CVI为0.92;验证性因子分析表明,χ^(2)/df为1.754,RMSEA为0.050,TLI为0.976,NFI为0.957,IFI为0.981,GFI为0.901。结论汉化后的中文版护士对老年人营养护理评估自我效能量表信效度良好,可以作为临床护士对老年人营养护理评估自我效能感的测评工具。Objective To translate Self-Efficacy Scale for Nurses to Assess the Nutritional Care of Older Adults(SE-NNC)into Chinese version,and test its reliability and validity in Chinese nurses.Methods The Chinese version of SE-NNC was formed by translation and cultural adjustment of the English version of SE-NNC.A convenient sample of 300 nurses of Grade 3 A hospital in Wuhan was investigated.SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 24.0 software were used for reliability and validity analysis of the data.Results The Chinese version of SE-NNC had three dimensions[knowledge(regarding nutritional care),assessment and evidence utilization,and care delivery]and 27 items.The Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the total scale was 0.986,and the reliability of the half fold was 0.961.The content validity values of I-CVI and S-CVI were 1.0 and 0.92 respectively.The confirmatory factor analysis showed thatχ^(2)/df was 1.754,RMSEA was 0.050,TLI was 0.976,NFI was 0.957,IFI was 0.981 and GFI was 0.901.Conclusions The Chinese version of SE-NNC has good reliability and validity,which it can be used to as a tool for clinical nurses to evaluate self-efficacy of elderly nutrition nursing.
