摘  要:管路操作与调节作为化工原理流体流动中的重要问题之一,其影响因素多且相互之间的关系较为复杂。给课程教学和学生学习带来了很大困难。本文以简单管路与分支管路为例,借助COMSOL Multiphysics数值仿真软件中的管道流模块建立了管路模型及其数值求解,深入探究了不同阀门开度时管路内流体的压力与流量分布规律。增加了教学过程的直观性与可视性,强化了学生对流体流动基本原理的理解和应用,激发了学生学习兴趣,进一步培养了学生解决复杂化工工程问题的能力。As one of crucial issues in fluid flow of principles of chemical engineering,there are various influence factors affecting the operation and regulation of pipes,which show the complex interrelationship and bring great difficulties to course teaching and student’s learning.This article takes simple and branched pipes as examples,and pipe models are established to obtain related numerical solutions based on pipe flow module of COMSOL Multiphysics numerical simulation software.Pressure and flow rate distributions in a circular pipe under different valve opening conditions are investigated deeply.The intuitiveness and visibility of teaching program can be increased and student’s understanding and application of the principles of fluid flow can be enhanced.Moreover,it stimulates students'learning interest and further cultivates students'ability to solve complex chemical engineering problems.
