柔性管理在妇科护士管理中的应用效果及对其妇科肿瘤护理认知情况的影响分析

摘　　要：目的对妇科护士管理工作开展中使用柔性管理手段的管理效果展开分析与研究。方法选择2020年1月—2021年12月该院妇科在职护士53名,其中2020年1—12月医院妇科护士管理工作使用常规管理方法,为实施前;2021年1—12月医院妇科护士管理工作使用柔性管理方法,为实施后,针对实施前后的管理效果展开分析。结果与实施前相比,实施后妇科肿瘤护理认知度优良率明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后管理总满意度显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后工作出错率显著低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后管理质量(协同合作、基础管理、文书记录、管理安全)评分明显高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将柔性管理应用在妇科护士管理工作开展中,可以显著提升其对妇科肿瘤护理工作的认知度,降低其工作期间的出错率,使工作质量得到进一步提升,满意度更高。Objective To analyze and study the influence of flexible management methods on gynecological oncology nursing cognition in the management work.Methods Selected 53 on-the-job nurses in the hospital's gynecology department from January 2020 to December 2021,of which the hospital's gynecological nurse management work used conventional management methods from January to December 2020,which was before implementation;the hospital's gynecological nurse management work was from January to December 2021,which was after implementation.Used flexible management methods to analyze the management effects before and after implementation.Results Compared with before implementation,the excellent and good rate of gynecological oncology nursing awareness was significantly higher after implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total management satisfaction after the implementation was significantly higher than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the work error rate after the implementation was significantly lower than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of management quality(cooperation,basic management,document records,management safety)after the implementation were significantly higher than those before the implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of flexible management in the management of gynecological nurses can significantly improve their awareness of gynecological oncology nursing work,reduce the error rate during their work,and further improve the quality of work,and the satisfaction is higher.
