摘 要:目的分析普外科在开展整体护理管理中采取弹性排班制度的价值。方法选取2020年4月—2021年4月该院20名普外科护理人员作为研究对象,实施前采用传统固定排班制,实施后采用弹性排班制度。比较实施前后排班满意度及护理质量评分。结果实施后护理人员排班满意度评分(82.14±5.43)分,高于实施前的(60.22±5.69)分,差异有统计学意义(t=12.464,P<0.05);实施后,护理人员护理质量评分(93.15±1.46)分,高于实施前的(74.38±22.45)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.731,P<0.05)。结论普外科整体采取弹性排班制护理管理,能够有效提高排班满意度及工作人员的工作质量,进一步提升整体工作进度和满意度。Objective To analyze the value of adopting flexible scheduling system in general surgery in carrying out overall nursing management.Methods 20 surgical caregivers from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The traditional fixed shift scheduling system was adopted before the implementation,after the implementation,the flexible scheduling system was adopted.The scheduling satisfaction and nursing quality scores were compared before and after implementation.Results After the implementation,nursing staff scheduling satisfaction score(82.14±5.43)points was higher than that before implementation(60.22±5.69)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.464,P<0.05);after the implementation,the nursing quality score(93.15±1.46)points of the nursing staff was higher than that before the implementation(74.38±22.45)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.731,P<0.05).Conclusion The general surgery department adopts the flexible scheduling system for nursing management,it can effectively improve the scheduling satisfaction and the work quality of the staff,and further improve the overall work progress and satisfaction.
