摘　　要：当前我国处于互联网普及化、经济全球化及高等教育大众化的“新时期”,各大高校特别是医学院校学生党建工作呈现出多元化及多形式等局面,出现效用不强、效力不高等情况,不利于党建工作顺利推行,需谋求一条合理、有效的创新路径。在现代教育改革与发展过程中衍生出了一种新理念,即精致化管理,不仅为高等医学院校学生党建工作开展提供全新视角,还符合高等医学院校党建工作科学发展的客观要求,于党建工作中实施精致化管理已逐渐成为促进党建工作落实的关键。该文立足于新时期,围绕精致化管理主要内涵,结合高等医学院校学生党建工作现状,探讨学生党建工作中应用精致化管理的策略。At present,my country is in the"new era"of Internet popularization,economic globalization and higher education popularization.The party building work of major colleges and universities,especially medical colleges,presents a situation of diversification and multiple forms,and the effect is not strong and effective.If the situation is not high,it is not conducive to the smooth implementation of party building work.It is necessary to seek a reasonable and effective innovation path.In the process of modern education reform and development,a new concept has been derived,that is,refined management,which not only provides a new perspective for the development of party building work in medical colleges and universities,but also meets the objective requirements of the scientific development of party building work in medical colleges and universities.Implementing refined management in party building work has gradually become the key to promoting the implementation of party building work.Based on the new era,the paper focuses on the main connotation of refined management,combined with the current situation of student party building work in medical colleges and universities,and discusses the strategy of applying refined management in student party building work.
