女青少年生殖健康的问题以及相关危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨女青少年生殖健康的问题以及相关危险因素。方法选择2021年3—12月5所中学的在校女生2500名为研究对象,对其生殖健康状况及人口学因素等进行调查,单因素分析影响女青少年生殖健康的因素,Logistic回归分析影响女青少年生殖健康危险因素。结果单因素分析结果显示,不同年龄、母亲文化程度、母亲职业状况、居住地、自觉学习压力、睡眠时间及日均学习时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同父亲文化程度、父亲职业状况、与家庭成员关系进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、自觉学习压力较大均为影响女青少年生殖健康的危险因素;母亲文化程度、居住地及睡眠时间等均为影响女青少年生殖健康的保护因素(P<0.05)。结论影响女青少年生殖健康的因素主要有年龄、自觉学习压力、母亲文化程度、居住地及睡眠时间等,可以针对上述影响因素,制订对应措施,有利于改善女性青少年生殖健康。Objective To explore the reproductive health of female adolescents and related risk factors.Methods 2500 female students of 5 middle schools from March to December 2021 were selected as the study objects.The reproductive health status and demographic factors were investigated,the factors affecting the reproductive health of female adolescents were analyzed by univariate,and the risk factors affecting the reproductive health of female adolescents were analyzed by Logistic regression.Results Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in age,mother's education level,mother's occupational status,place of residence,conscious study pressure,sleep time and average daily study time(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the father's educational level,father's occupational status and relationship with family members(P>0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age and conscious learning pressure were risk factors for female adolescent reproductive health,and mother's education level,residence and sleep time were all protective factors affecting female adolescent reproductive health(P<0.05).Conclusion The factors affecting the reproductive health of female adolescents mainly include age,conscious learning pressure,mother's education level,residence and sleep time,etc.Clinically,corresponding measures can be formulated according to the above influencing factors,which is beneficial to improve the reproductive health of female adolescents.
