摘 要:目的了解社区医院师资实践教学能力现状,并分析其影响因素,为社区医院师资提升教学能力提供参考。方法采用方便抽样法,选取四川省11个地级市承担社区实践教学任务的卫生服务机构中的281名社区医院医务人员进行问卷调查。结果281名社区医院医务人员实践教学能力总分为(3.67±0.57)分,所在城市(省会城市)、性别(女)、专业类型(护理学)、接受教育教学技能培训次数(>3)、单位承担实践教学任务年限(6~10、>10)及总体教学效果自评(好)进入多元回归方程,可解释总变异的30.7%。结论社区医院师资实践教学能力有待提高,且受所在城市、培训经历等多种因素影响,需通过多渠道提升社区医院师资的实践教学能力,以保证实践教学质量。Objective To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of practical teaching ability in teachers in community health service centers.Methods A total of 281 teachers from 11 community health service centers were selected by convenient sampling and a questionnaire survey was conducted.Results The practical teaching ability score was(3.67±0.57).The provincial capital city,women,type of nursing specialty,frequency of training(>3 times),the duration of practical teaching(6~10 years,>10 years)and overall self-rated teaching effect entered into the equation,explaining 30.7%of the total variation.Conclusion Community teachers'practical teaching ability is insufficient,and is affected by many factors such as the city where they live,training experience and so on.It is necessary to improve their practical teaching ability through multiple ways to ensure the teaching quality.
