摘 要:为评价植物乳杆菌BLCC2-0410添加对鸡白痢沙门菌感染的防治效果,试验选用120只1日龄海兰褐雏鸡随机分成3组,每组4个重复,每个重复10只鸡。1~10日龄,给予益生菌组饮用益生菌水溶液,3日龄时,感染组、益生菌组每只鸡灌服0.5 mL鸡白痢沙门菌菌液,对照组灌服等量的生理盐水。全程试验期14 d,统计雏鸡死亡率,测定脏器沙门菌载菌量、肠道乳酸菌数量、血液生化指标、免疫球蛋白和炎症因子。结果表明:(1)饲喂植物乳杆菌BLCC2-0410可降低雏鸡相对死亡率,较感染组降低60.6%;(2)益生菌组肠道乳酸菌数量较空白对照组和感染组分别提高3.32倍和11.12倍;(3)益生菌组血清中IgG含量分别较感染组提高6.69%,IgM和IgA降低14.63%和4.42%;(4)益生菌组雏鸡血清中IFN-γ和TNF-α较感染组提高3.94%和3.77%,IL-1β降低11.29%;(5)生化检验结果显示饲喂植物乳杆菌BLCC2-0410可降低沙门菌对雏鸡肝脏的损伤。综上,植物乳杆菌BLCC2-0410对鸡白痢沙门氏菌感染有较好的防治作用。To evaluate the effect of Lactobacillus plantarum BLCC2-0410 on Salmonella pullorum infection in chickens.1201-day-old Hailan Brown chickens were randomly divided into 3 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 10 chickens in each replicate.1~10 days,the probiotics group was given probiotics solution.At 3 days of age,each chicken in the infection group and probiotics group was given 0.5 mL Salmonella pullorum solution,and the control group was given the same amount of normal saline.The whole experiment lasted for 14 days.The mortality rate,Salmonella load in organs,the number of lactic acid bacteria in intestine,blood biochemical indexes,immunoglobulin and inflammatory factors were measured.The results showed that:(1)Feeding Lactobacillus plantarum BLCC2-0410 could reduce the relative mortality of chickens,which decreased 60.6%compared with the infection group;(2)The chickens treated with Lactobacillus plantarum BLCC2-0410 showed the number of intestinal Lactobacillus was 3.32 times and 11.12 times in comparison with control group and infection group,respectively;(3)The chickens treated with Lactobacillus plantarum BLCC2-0410 showed serum IgG content was increased by 6.69%,IgM and IgA were decreased by 14.63%and 4.42%,respectively,compared with infection group;(4)Compared with infection group,serum IFN-γand TNF-αin probiotics group were increased by 3.94%and 3.77%,while IL-1βwas decreased by 11.29%.The results of biochemical test showed that feeding Lactobacillus plantarum BLCC2-0410 could reduce the damage of Salmonella to chicken liver.In conclusion,Lactobacillus plantarum BLCC2-0410 has a good control effect on Salmonella pullorum infection.
