摘 要:为解决激光拉曼光谱仪的高精度交互控制问题,本文提出了一种可靠、稳定的多路通信交互系统。为增强拉曼光谱仪操作的便捷性,本系统通过人机交互技术将所需功能集成于可视化界面,在多路拉曼光谱仪的通信技术中采用稳定可靠的通信技术与锁相环技术。针对实际通信过程由于晶振老化和电磁干扰产生的时钟漂移问题,本文使用时钟卡尔曼滤波算法对误差进行估计,最后在程序设计中进行误差补偿,极大地提升信息数据传输精度。实验表明本通信交互系统具有稳定可靠的数据传输与便捷的控制功能。In order to solve the high-precision interactive control problem of laser Raman spectrometer, this paper proposes a reliable and stable multi-channel communication interactive system.The system integrates the required functions into the visual interface through human-computer interaction technology, so as to enhance the convenience of Raman spectrometer operation.In the communication technology of the multi-channel Raman spectrometer, stable and reliable communication technology and phase-locked loop technology are adopted.Aiming at the clock drift problem caused by the aging of the crystal oscillator and electromagnetic interference in the actual communication process, this paper uses the clock Kalman filter algorithm to estimate the error, and finally performs error compensation in the program design, which greatly improves the accuracy of information data transmission.Experiments show that this communication interactive system has stable and reliable data transmission and convenient control functions.
