摘　　要：进行性半侧颜面萎缩(PHA,ICD-10编码:G51.8)又称Parry-Romberg综合征、半侧颜面萎缩症。我国在PHA诊断和治疗策略的临床推广及实施中存在诸多问题,PHA诊断和治疗知识普及欠佳,学科间横向合作尚无统一的标准。目前,国内外关于PHA的诊断和治疗欠缺规范化文件指导,亟需制定基于循证医学证据的专家共识。此专家共识基于循证医学证据,共邀请了38位整形外科、皮肤科、风湿免疫科、循证医学领域专家,并通过2轮德尔菲调查法,最终形成包括疾病简介与诊断、治疗在内的6个临床问题及相应的推荐意见。可供各等级医院从事PHA相关工作的医师、护理人员及相关教学、科研人员使用。适用于罹患PHA的患儿及成年人。In China,there exist many problems regarding the propagation and implementation of the diagnosis and treatment of progressive hemifacial atrophy(PHA,ICD-10 code:G51.8).The knowledge propagation of PHA,which is also known as Parry-Romberg syndrome and hemifacial atrophy,is limited.Meanwhile,no standardized algorithm has been established for multi-disciplinary cooperation.Nowadays,there is a lack of guidance on the diagnosis and treatment of PHA both in China and abroad.Thus,it is necessary to develop an expert consensus through evidence-based medicine.Thirty-eight experts in plastic surgery,dermatology,rheumatology,and evidence-based medicine were engaged.Six clinical questions and recommendations were formed through two rounds of the Delphi survey.This consensus is for medical and scientific staff working in PHA-related occupations in all-level hospitals.It applies to children and adults suffering from PHA.
