摘 要:在修建山区公路时,由于地形陡峻、地质复杂、走廊带狭窄等因素,难免要在河中设置墩柱。这些墩柱(包含部分外露桩基)受到长期水砂冲蚀作用(或短期泥石流作用)时会出现表层混凝土剥离、钢筋锈蚀等病害,严重影响结构安全及耐久性。通过分析水文资料及泥石流相关参数因子,介绍修正系数的多相流理论、k-ε模型模拟水体湍流理论、离散颗粒相模型DPM模拟砂粒理论,结合实际项目防护形式修正磨蚀预测采用的Finnie颗粒磨蚀模型系数,再结合在建公路工程实践,提出几种防护方式并进行技术经济对比,得出不同自然和工程条件建议的防护方式。When constructing mountainous highway, due to the steep topography, complex geology, narrow corridor etc., it is inevitable to set up piers in the river. These piers(including some exposed pile foundations) are subject to long-term water and sand erosion(or short-term debris flow). When the surface concrete peels off, steel bar corrosion and other defects will occur, which will seriously affect the safety and durability of the structure. By analyzing hydrological data and parameters related to debris flow, in this paper the multiphase flow theory of correction coefficients, the k-ε model to simulate water turbulence theory, and the discrete particle phase model DPM to simulate sand theory are introduced. Combined with the Finnie particle erosion coefficient that the protection type modified erosion predicated, based on the practice in under construction highway project, several protection methods are put forward, and technical and economic comparisons are carried out so as to obtain the recommended protection methods for different natural and construction conditions.
