摘　　要：文章基于1999~2019年中国287个地级及以上城市的面板数据,实证分析高等教育与产业结构耦合协调度对就业结构的影响。研究结果表明:(1)整体来看,高等教育与产业结构耦合协调度与就业结构显著负相关,但因城市规模的不同而呈现一定的差异。(2)高等教育与产业结构耦合协调度对中小型城市的就业结构有显著的负向影响,但对大型和特大型城市的就业结构有显著的正向影响。(3)高等教育与产业结构耦合协调度对东部地区城市就业结构的正向影响随着城市规模扩大而增大;对中西部地区就业结构的影响仅在特大型城市显著为正,而在小型、中型和大型城市为负,但随着城市规模扩大而不断减弱。文章认为,要注重提高高等教育与产业结构耦合协调度,并依据城市规模的差异而有所侧重,以促进就业结构的改善。Based on panel data of 287 cities at or above prefecture level in China from 1999 to 2017,this paper makes empirical analysis of the impact of the coupling degree between higher education and industrial structure on employment structure.The results show as follows.(1)On the whole,there is a significant negative correlation between the coupling degree of higher education and industrial structure and the employment structure,but there are obvious overall differences and regional differences because of city scale differences.(2)Overall,the coupling degree has a significant negative impact on employment structure in small and medium-sized cities,but has a significant positive impact on employment structure in large and super-large cities.(3)From the views of the regions,the positive impact of the coupling degree on employment structure in eastern cities is more prominent with the expansion of the city scale,while it has a significant positive impact on the employment structure of super-large cities in the central and western regions,but it has a negative impact which decreases with the expansion of city scale on employment structure of the small,medium and large cities in the central and western regions.The paper suggests that attention should be paid to improving the coupling degree between higher education and industrial structure and fully consider the city scale difference,in order to improve the employment structure.
