摘  要:为探究有氧运动对高脂饮食小鼠FAS、LPL、ADK、HSL和NPY的影响,将30只7周龄昆明雄性小鼠随机分为对照组(C)、高脂组(HFD)和高脂运动组(HFDE),对小鼠脏器系数、Lee’s指数、体脂率、肝脏和脂肪组织中4种酶及NPY的变化进行分析。结果显示:与C组相比,HFD和HFDE组肝脏系数显著降低;HFD组体脂率显著升高;肝脏中HFDE组的LPL和HSL显著升高;脂肪中HFD组的FAS显著升高,而LPL、ADK和HSL均显著降低,HFDE组中LPL显著降低;两组织中HFD组的NPY水平显著降低。与HFD相比,HFDE体脂率显著下降;脂肪组织中FAS显著降低,而LPL、ADK和HSL均显著升高;两组织中NPY显著升高。结果表明有氧运动可显著影响NPY、LPL和HSL水平,调控机体能量代谢,进而降低高脂饮食诱导的脂肪沉积。The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of aerobic exercise on FAS, LPL, ADK, HSL and NPY in highfat diet mice. Thirty 7-week-old Kunming male mice were randomly divided into control group(C), high-fat group(HFD) and high-fat exercise group(HFDE). The changes of organ coefficient, Lee’s index, body fat rate, four enzymes and NPY in liver and adipose tissues of mice were analyzed. The results showed that liver coefficients of HFD and HFDE groups were significantly decreased, body fat rate of HFD group was significantly increased, LPL and HSL in liver of HFDE group were significantly increased;FAS in adipose tissues of HFD group was significantly increased and LPL/ADK/HSL were opposite, LPL of HFDE group was significantly decreased, and the level of NPY in liver and adipose tissues of HFD group was significantly decreased compared with C group. However, compared with HFD group, body fat rate and LPL in adipose tissues of HFDE group were significantly decreased, but LPL, ADK and HSL were increased;and NPY of two tissues was significantly increased. These results indicated that aerobic exercise was able to significantly affect the levels of NPY, LPL and HSL, regulate energy metabolism and reduce fat deposition induced by high fat diet.
