摘 要:目的:探究数字化技术在辅助设计制作的管、网结构在促进聚醚醚酮(PEEK)与软组织结合中的应用。方法:将设计的管、网结构打印出树脂代型,用热压铸制备出相应的PEEK试件。用浓硫酸酸蚀PEEK,并通过表面形貌检测及新西兰大白兔皮下移植来评估这种具有表面微孔及内部管、网结构的PEEK与软组织的结合能力。结果:成功制备出具有内部管、网结构的PEEK。酸蚀后PEEK呈白垩色,接触角变小。植入动物皮下后,酸蚀的PEEK较未酸蚀的PEEK与软组织结合的更好;有管、网结构的PEEK较没有管、网结构的PEEK与软组织结合的更好。结论:结合数字化设计制作的内部管、网结构与表面酸蚀微孔组合的PEEK能更好的和软组织的结合。Objective:To observe the effects of digital technology in promoting the combination of polyether ether ketone(PEEK)specimen with soft tissue.Methods:The PEEK specimens with tube and network structure were designed and printed into resin model,and then the corresponding PEEK specimens were prepared by injection-molding technology.Then the specimens were etched with concentrated sulfuric acid,and the binding ability of the specimens with surface micropores and internal tube and network structure with soft tissues in New Zealand white rabbits was observed by histological examination.Results:PEEK with internal tube and network structure was successfully prepared.PEEK showed chalky color and smaller contact angle after acid etching.After implantation,acid etched PEEK specimens could bind to soft tissue better than non-etched ones.PEEK with tube and network structure showed better combination with soft tissue than that without tube and network structure.Conclusion:PEEK fabricated by digital design with internal tube and network structure and the surface with acid etched micropores can better combine with soft tissue in vivo.
