摘  要:目的:对比流动树脂和树脂水门汀的弹性模量、泊松比以及对氧化锆陶瓷的粘接强度(SBS)和应力分布。方法:测试高填料含量、低填料含量流动树脂和树脂水门汀Clearfil Majesty ES Flow(CM)、Beatifil Flao Plus F00(BF)和Choice 2(C)(n=30)的弹性模量、泊松比、对氧化锆与复合树脂的剪切粘接强度(SBS),三维有限元(3DFE)方法分析粘接试件应力分布。结果:老化前CM组、BF组和C组的SBS值(MPa,x±s)分别为20.92±1.54、15.68±2.40和17.86±2.04;老化处理后分别为17.40±2.82、11.85±2.21和12.69±1.57。ANOVA分析应力组间差异P_(老化)=0.000,P_(材料)=0.000。3组材料老化前后断裂模式均以粘接断裂为主(>50%)。3DFE显示CM组、BF组和C组最大应力(VMS)(MPa)在树脂分别为349.2、349.2和349.0,在粘接层分别为185.7、199.0和193.1,在瓷片为140.5、144.3和143.3。结论:树脂粘固基材料中,弹性模量小有利于提升对氧化锆的粘接性能。Objective:To compare the elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio of the flowable resin composites and resin cement,and to analyze the bond strength and stress distribution of cementing dental zirconia ceramic.Methods:3 resin-based materials were used to cement the zirconia samples to composite resin samples(n=30):flowable resin composite with high filler content(CM),flowable resin composite with low filler content(BF)and light-curing resin cement(C).The shear bond strength(SBS)was measured.The elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio of the 3 materials were measured.The von Mises stress(VMS)distribution in bonded specimens of the 3 groups were evaluated by 3D finite element(3D FE).Results:The original SBS(MPa,x±s)of group CM,BF and C was 20.92±1.54,15.68±2.40 and 17.86±2.04,after aging that was 17.40±2.82,11.85±2.21 and 12.69±1.57,respectively.ANOVA analysis thowed P_(aging)=0.000 and P_(materia)=0.000.The main failure mode was adhesion failure(>50%)in all groups before and after aging.3D FE showed that the maximum stress VMS(MPa)of group CM,BF and C was 349.2,349.2 and 349.0 in resin,185.7,199.0 and 193.1 in bonding layer,140.5,144.3 and 143.3 in zirconia respectively.Conclusion:In the 2 kinds of resin-based materials,the material with lower elastic modulus has higher bond strength.
