摘  要:目的:探索微观组织结构对纳米氟磷灰石饰瓷磨损行为的影响。方法:利用粉浆涂塑烧结及高温熔炼的方法分别制备IPS e.max®Ceram纳米氟磷灰石饰瓷和纳米氟磷灰石原始玻璃材料试件,用氧化锆作为配副,进行Pin-on-Disk滑动摩擦磨损实验(n=6),绘制磨损曲线,场发射扫描电镜观察磨损形貌。结果:纳米氟磷灰石饰瓷及原始玻璃磨损曲线呈现跑合期、稳定磨损期两个阶段,且饰瓷跑合期磨损行为波动较大。结论:微观组织不均匀性是纳米氟磷灰石饰瓷磨损过程具有明显不稳定性的主要原因。Objective:To investigate the effects of microstructure on the wear performance of nano fluorapatite veneering porcelain.Methods:The samples of IPS e.max®Ceram nano fluorapatite veneering porcelain and parent glass were prepared by slip-casting sintering and high temperature melting way.The wear performance of them were investigated using Pin-on-Disk tribometer,and the wear test was paired with a fixed upper zirconia antagonist.The wear curves were drawn and the micromorphology of the wear surface was observed by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM).Results:The wear curves of nano fluorapatite veneering porcelain and parent glass were divided into running-in and steady wear stages.The standard deviation of porcelain wear loss curve was larger than that of parent glass during running-in wear stage.Conclusion:The wear performance of veneering porcelain is not stable due to the inhomogeneous microstructure.
